Refund policy
Unfortunately, as a small farm business, we do not accept refunds or returns on flowers, bulbs, corms, tubers, or seeds. If you’d like to exchange your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the order by replying to your confirmation email or emailing us directly at hello@palmpike.com. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
All other items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. You can exchange your product for a different product or return the product and receive a refund to the original payment method minus shipping costs.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
If you would like to return an item, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@palmpike.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the package and damaged item. You can simply reply to your order confirmation email with these photos and someone will get back to you in 2-4 business days.
